Before you submit
Do you have minimums?
Most products have no minimum — order 1 engraved tumbler, 12 embroidered polos, or 200 hats. A few decoration methods (like screen printing or embroidered patches) have small minimums we'll flag in your quote. Smaller orders cost a bit more per piece; bigger orders get bulk pricing.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best — they scale to any size without losing quality. PNG works for most embroidery and printing too. If your logo is in a Word doc or low-res JPG, send it anyway — we'll tell you if we can use it or need a redraw. Basic design help is available if you don't have a logo yet.
Embroidery vs. screen printing — which should I pick?
Embroidery is best for polos, hats, hoodies, and pieces where a premium feel matters. Screen printing is best for t-shirts, large designs, or budget runs. Designs with photos or many colors usually screen print best; clean logos with 1–3 colors embroider best. We'll recommend based on your design and product when you submit.
Can you source something I don't see on the site?
Almost always yes. We work with industry suppliers covering thousands of products beyond what's on the site — custom apparel, drinkware, bags, tech accessories, awards, gift sets. If it can be branded, we can probably get it. Just describe what you're picturing in the quote form.
How long does an order take?
Most apparel orders ship 5–10 business days from approved design proof. Rush orders are sometimes possible — flag your deadline in your quote request.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
If there's an issue with the embroidery, print, a damaged item, or a mistake on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint, replace, or refund — whatever makes it right. Custom-made items can't be returned for a change of mind once the proof is approved, but we make sure you see and approve the proof first.
