Do you have minimums?
Most products have no minimum — order one custom tumbler, 12 polos, or 200 hats. A few items (like embroidered patches) have a small minimum we'll flag in the quote.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best — they scale to any size. PNG works for most embroidery and printing too. If your logo is in a Word doc or a low-res JPG, send it anyway — we'll tell you if we can use it or need a redraw.
Can you source something I don't see on the site?
Almost always yes. We work with industry suppliers covering thousands of products beyond what's on the site — custom apparel, drinkware, bags, tech, awards. If it can be branded, we can probably get it.
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship in 5–10 business days from approved proof. Rush jobs sometimes possible — flag it in your quote request and we'll let you know what's doable.
