What's the smallest quantity I can order?
One. Order a single hat, a single tumbler, two t-shirts — whatever you actually need. A few items (like screen-printed runs and embroidered patches) do have minimums; those go through our quote flow instead of self-serve checkout.
How fast will my order ship?
Most direct orders ship within 3–10 business days depending on the product and customization. Each product page shows expected turnaround. Need it faster? Reach out and we'll tell you what's doable.
Can I customize with my own logo?
Yes — every product has an upload field for your logo or design. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) work best, PNG works for most. You can also add custom instructions per order.
Where are these products made?
Some are produced in our Collinsville, OK shop (laser-engraved tumblers, leather patch hats). Most apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, embroidered polos — is fulfilled by our trusted production partners. Same quality standards across both. Each product page tells you the production details.
What if I need 12 or more?
For bigger orders, bulk pricing kicks in and you'll get a better per-piece cost. Request a bulk quote here and we'll come back within 24 hours with pricing and a free design proof.
What's your return policy?
For non-customized items: returnable within 30 days, full refund. For custom-printed or engraved items: returnable only if there's a defect or a mistake on our end — reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
