Before you submit
Do you have minimums?
Most products have no minimum — order 1 or 200. A few decoration methods (embroidered patches, screen printing) have small minimums we'll flag on your quote.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best. PNG works for most embroidery and printing too. Send what you have — we'll tell you if it'll work or if we need a redraw. Basic design help available.
Can you source something I don't see on the site?
Almost always yes. We work with industry suppliers covering thousands of products beyond what's on the site. If it can be branded, we can probably get it.
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship 5–10 business days from approved design proof. Rush orders are sometimes possible — flag your deadline and we'll tell you what's doable.
Where are the products produced?
We're based in Collinsville, OK. Some items — laser-engraved drinkware, leather patch hats, engraved gifts — are produced in our shop. Apparel and certain higher-volume items run through trusted production partners. Same quality standard either way.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
If there's an issue with the engraving, a damaged item, or a mistake on our end, contact us within 7 days and we'll reprint, replace, or refund — whatever makes it right.
