Before you submit
Can you ship direct to my client or employee?
Yes — super common. We can ship direct with no FirstMark branding visible, just a clean gift box and (if you want) a handwritten card from you. Just give us the address.
What can I personalize?
Names (theirs or yours), dates (closing, anniversary, work anniversary), a short message, your logo, or a combination. We'll send a mockup so you see it before we engrave.
Do you have minimums?
Most products have no minimum — order 1 to 200. Bulk pricing is available on larger orders. Tell us your quantity in the quote request and we'll send you tiered per-piece pricing.
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Rush jobs sometimes possible — flag your deadline in your quote request and we'll tell you what's doable.
Do you do recurring orders for high-volume gifters?
Yes. If you give out 30+ gifts a year (realtors, HR onboarding teams), we set you up with a price sheet and templated proof workflow so each order takes 60 seconds to place.
What's typical for budget?
