Most hat orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Leather and leatherette patches are produced in our Collinsville, OK shop. Embroidered hats may be fulfilled by trusted production partners. Same quality standard either way.

Before you submit
Leather vs. leatherette — what's the difference?
Genuine leather has a natural variation and ages beautifully — it's premium and most popular for higher-end gifts. Leatherette is a synthetic alternative that's vegan, more affordable, and looks nearly identical when engraved. Both engrave cleanly and last for years.
Fitted vs. adjustable — which should I order?
Adjustable (snapback or velcro) is the safest choice for orders going to multiple people — one size fits most. Fitted (FlexFit, Richardson 110) feels more premium but requires sizing each person. We'll guide you in the quote.
What file format do I need for my logo?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best. PNG works for most embroidery. Logos with very fine detail (tiny text) may need adjusting for hat applications — we'll let you know.
Do you have minimums?
Leather and leatherette patch hats: no minimum, order 1 to 200. Traditional embroidery: small minimum (usually 6–12 depending on garment) due to setup. We'll flag specifics on your quote.
How long does an order take?
Most hat orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Rush orders sometimes possible.
Do you charge setup fees?
Embroidery has a one-time digitizing fee (~$25–50 depending on logo complexity) so your file is production-ready. Leather and leatherette patches don't typically have setup charges.
