Before you submit
Will the engraving fade or peel?
No. Laser engraving permanently marks the steel — it can't peel, scratch off, or fade in the dishwasher. We guarantee it for the life of the cup. That's the main reason engraving beats printing on drinkware.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Hand-wash recommended to preserve the insulation seal, but the engraving itself is unaffected by the dishwasher.
What colors are available?
30+ colors including matte black, navy, hunter green, maroon, red, royal blue, slate, white, and more. Specialty colors (rose gold, copper, gradients) available in select sizes. Tell us your brand color and we'll match it.
Do you have minimums?
No minimums on most drinkware — order 1 custom tumbler or 200. Bulk pricing available on larger orders. Tell us your quantity in your quote request and we'll send tiered pricing.
How long does an order take?
Most drinkware orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Rush orders sometimes possible — just flag your deadline.
