Do I have to use the design tool to order?
No. It's there to help you get the layout right and see it before you buy. If you'd rather just tell us what you want, you can still add notes to your order or request a quote and we'll handle the design for you.

Can I put my company logo on the product?
Yes. Choose “Upload My Own” in the design step and drop in your logo or artwork. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) give the cleanest engraving; a high-resolution PNG works for most uses.

Is the on-screen preview really what gets engraved?
That's the whole idea. The layout you create is saved as the engraving file, so what you see is what you get. For logo uploads, we always check the file looks clean at engraving size before anything is made.

What products work with the design tool?
Engravable items — cutting and charcuterie boards, drinkware and tumblers, coasters, and similar pieces. Apparel and embroidered items use a logo-upload flow instead.
