Embroidery vs. screen printing on a hoodie — which should I pick?
Embroidery is the premium choice — looks pro on thicker fabric, lasts longer, and reads as quality. Screen printing is better for larger designs, bright colors, or budget-conscious bulk runs. We'll recommend based on your logo and budget.
What brands do you offer?
Port & Company, Independent Trading Co, Comfort Colors, Champion, Jerzees, Hanes, Carhartt, OGIO, North Face, and more. Mid-weight basics to retail-feel heavyweight — tell us your budget and we'll recommend.
How heavy/warm are these?
Basic 8oz pullovers are good for spring/fall and air-conditioned offices. Heavyweight 12oz+ (Champion Reverse Weave, Independent) are real winter layers. Performance hoodies are lighter and breathable. We'll match the weight to your use.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
For embroidery thread, yes — we carry hundreds of thread colors and can match Pantone references. For garment color, we'll pick the closest stock color from your chosen brand. Send us a hex or Pantone in your quote.
Do you have minimums for hoodies?
Embroidery: 6–12 piece minimum (varies by brand and style). Screen printing: 24 piece minimum. Smaller orders are possible at a per-piece premium — tell us your quantity.
How long does an order take?
Most embroidered hoodies ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Larger screen-print runs may take 7–14 days. Rush orders sometimes possible — flag your deadline.
