Can you customize what's in the basket?
Absolutely. The pre-built sets are starting points — swap pieces, add items, change the engraving on each piece. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll build it.
How are the gift sets packaged?
Sets ship in a wire basket or clean gift box with kraft paper filler. Presentable from the moment the recipient opens the shipping carton — no extra wrapping required. Larger baskets include tissue paper and a handwritten card slot.
Can you blind-ship direct to my client?
Yes — super common. We can ship direct with no FirstMark branding visible. Include a handwritten card from you (we'll write it for you) and they'll never know it came from a vendor.
