Common questions
Before you submit
Screen printing, DTG, or embroidery — which is right for me?
Screen printing is best for 24+ shirts with simple designs (1-4 colors) — best per-shirt cost. DTG (direct-to-garment) is best for 1-24 shirts with detailed or photographic designs. Embroidery is best for thicker garments or a more premium look. We'll recommend the right method.
Do you have minimums?
Screen printing: 24 piece minimum (due to setup costs). DTG: no minimum, order 1+. Embroidery: 6-12 piece minimum. Tell us your quantity and we'll point you to the best method.
What garment brands do you offer?
Bella+Canvas, Next Level Apparel, Comfort Colors, Gildan, Hanes, Port & Company, Carhartt, and many more. Tell us your preference or budget and we'll suggest the best fit.
Can we mix sizes in one order?
Absolutely. Send us a list of sizes per person. We handle it on our end. Bulk pricing still applies.
How long does an order take?
DTG and embroidery orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Screen printing runs typically 7–14 business days. Larger or rush orders — just flag your deadline.
What file format do you need?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best for screen printing and embroidery. High-res PNG (300dpi) works for DTG. Send what you have — we'll let you know if we need a redraw.
