Before you submit

What can be engraved on a keychain?

Names, initials, monograms, simple logos, short messages (a few words), addresses, or coordinates. The engraving surface is small (1–2 inches), so fine detail can get lost — we'll preview the proof so you can see how it'll look.

How small can the engraving go?

Text down to about 8pt reads cleanly on leatherette. Logos look best at 1–1.5 inches wide. We'll adjust sizing on the proof to make sure everything is legible.

Do you have minimums?

No minimum — order 1 or 1,000. Bulk pricing available on larger orders. Tell us your quantity in your quote request and we'll send you tiered per-piece pricing.

What materials do you offer?

Leatherette (most popular — affordable, looks premium, multiple colors), acrylic (colorful, modern, kid-friendly), and metal (stainless steel and brass for premium keepsakes). Each has a different price point.

Can each keychain be different?

Yes — for orders of mixed initials (e.g., each team member gets their own monogram), we just need the list of names and we'll engrave each one individually. No extra charge for variable text.

How long does an order take?

Most keychain orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Smaller bulk orders sometimes ship faster — flag your deadline in your quote request.
