Common questions
Before you submit
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best. PNG works too. If your logo has very fine detail (tiny text under 4pt), we may need to adjust for embroidery. We'll let you know.
Do you do color matching?
Yes. Send us your brand's Pantone (PMS) colors and we'll match the thread to your brand. We carry hundreds of thread colors.
What garment brands do you carry?
We have access to Port Authority, Nike, Under Armour, Carhartt, Eddie Bauer, OGIO, North Face, and dozens of other brands. Tell us your preference or budget and we'll suggest options.
Do you have minimums?
Yes — most embroidery has a 6-12 piece minimum to make the digitizing setup worthwhile. Below that, we can do it but per-piece cost is higher. Tell us your quantity for exact pricing.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time digitizing fee (~$25–50 depending on logo complexity) so your logo is ready for production. Repeat orders use the same digitized file with no additional setup fee.
Can we mix sizes and styles in one order?
Absolutely. Send us a list of sizes per person, plus any mix of men's/women's cuts. We handle it on our end. Bulk pricing still applies.
