Tell us about your church order

How many pieces, your colors, the date you need them by, and your logo. A rough count is enough to price it. Tell us what it is for — volunteer appreciation, a camp, a fundraiser — and we will point you at the pieces that fit the budget. We respond within 24 hours.

Using an AI-generated mockup? Send it — here’s what to expect

It’s genuinely useful for showing us what you’re picturing. Just know that AI doesn’t know how embroidery and engraving actually behave, so gradients, very small text and some placements won’t come out the way they look on screen. We’ll tell you exactly what needs to change and send a free proof before anything gets made.

Attach as many as you like, up to 25MB each — a photo, a screenshot, a PDF, or a vector file. No logo handy? Skip it and reply to the confirmation email later.

What happens next

From submit to ship in 3 steps

  1. 1

Tell us your count and your date

Roughly how many pieces, your colors, and the Sunday or event you need them for. A logo off your website or bulletin works if that is all you have.

  2. 2

    Free design proof

We send a mockup of your logo on the actual tumbler, usually within 24 hours. Approve or tweak — no charge, and nothing gets engraved until you say go.

  3. 3

    We make and ship it

Most orders ship 5–10 business days from approved proof. Work back from your event date and leave room for the proof step. Backed by our satisfaction guarantee.

Common questions from churches

Before you submit

What do bulk custom tumblers cost?

Engraving is included in every price below — there is no separate setup charge on drinkware. Per piece, for tumblers in the 10–30 oz range:

  • 12–23 pieces: $18–$21 each
  • 24–47 pieces: $16–$19 each
  • 48–95 pieces: $14–$17 each
  • 96–239 pieces: $13–$16 each
  • 240 or more: $12–$15 each

Water bottles and 40 oz travel mugs run higher — roughly $24–$35 each at a dozen, down to $16–$24 each at 240 or more. Where you land inside a range depends on the piece, the finish, and your artwork. Every product page prices your exact quantity instantly, or send us a number and we'll come back within 24 hours.

How long does a bulk order take?

Your free design proof usually comes back within 24 hours of your quote. Once you approve it, most orders ship in 5–10 business days. Larger runs take a little longer — we give you a firm ship date with your quote, before you commit. On a hard deadline? Say so in your request and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.

When do we need to order for a specific Sunday or event?

Work backwards from the date, not forwards from today. Most orders ship 5–10 business days after you approve the proof, and the proof itself usually comes back within 24 hours — but you will want a day or two to look at it and pass it around. Three weeks before the event is the comfortable window, and two is doable if the artwork is ready to go.

If you are planning a season rather than a single date — appreciation in the fall, camp in the summer, a fundraiser in between — send us the whole calendar. Ordering the year in one run prices better than three separate orders, because the price band follows the order, not the year.

Can we put a ministry or team name on some of them?

Yes. Your church logo on one side and a team or individual name on the other is a common ask — worship, students, greeters, first impressions, or a volunteer's own name. Send the list with your order. A mixed order still counts as one quantity for pricing, so splitting a run across ministries or names does not push you into a worse price band.

Can we sell these as a fundraiser instead of giving them away?

Plenty of churches do. The arithmetic is the part worth doing before you commit: at the 96-piece band a 20 oz tumbler lands in the $13–$16 range per piece, and a branded insulated tumbler sells comfortably at $25–$30 — so the margin per piece is real, but it only works if you move most of the run. Order to the number you are confident selling, not the number you hope to. If you would rather not hold inventory at all, a group store collects individual orders first and we produce to what sold.

Will the logo wear off?

No. Laser engraving etches your logo into the metal itself — it can't peel, chip, or fade like printed logos can. See our comparison of engraved vs. printed logos.

Can I see one before I order a hundred?

Yes, and most people should. Order a $15 engraved sample with your own logo on it — same tumbler, same engraving, in your hands. Samples ship in 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. When you move forward with an order of 12 or more, we credit the full $15 back, so the sample effectively costs you nothing.

What logo file do you need?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) is ideal, but send what you have — a PDF, a PNG, even a photo of a business card. We'll tell you if it will engrave cleanly and rebuild it if it won't, and you'll see it on the free design proof before anything is made.
