Common questions about onboarding kits
Engraving is included in every price below — there is no separate setup charge on drinkware. Per piece, for tumblers in the 10–30 oz range:
Water bottles and 40 oz travel mugs run higher — roughly $24–$35 each at a dozen, down to $16–$24 each at 240 or more. Where you land inside a range depends on the piece, the finish, and your artwork. Every product page prices your exact quantity instantly, or send us a number and we'll come back within 24 hours.
Your free design proof usually comes back within 24 hours of your quote. Once you approve it, most orders ship in 5–10 business days. Larger runs take a little longer — we give you a firm ship date with your quote, before you commit. On a hard deadline? Say so in your request and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.
No — there is no minimum, so you can reorder in batches of two or three whenever you need them. It is worth knowing what it costs you, though: pricing is per order, not per year, so four orders of twelve are each priced at the twelve-piece rate rather than the forty-eight rate. Most teams that hire steadily order the year's quantity in one run, keep them in a closet, and build a kit the week someone starts. If you would rather not hold stock, order in batches and we will keep your artwork on file so every reorder matches the first one exactly.
Yes — your logo on one side, their name on the other. Send the names with the order, or send them later if you are ordering ahead of your hires. A mixed order still counts as one quantity for pricing, so adding names does not push you into a worse price band.
No. Laser engraving etches your logo into the metal itself — it can't peel, chip, or fade like printed logos can. See our comparison of engraved vs. printed logos.
Yes, and most people should. Order a $15 engraved sample with your own logo on it — same tumbler, same engraving, in your hands. Samples ship in 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. When you move forward with an order of 12 or more, we credit the full $15 back, so the sample effectively costs you nothing.
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) is ideal, but send what you have — a PDF, a PNG, even a photo of a business card. We'll tell you if it will engrave cleanly and rebuild it if it won't, and you'll see it on the free design proof before anything is made.
