Before you submit
Do you have minimums?
Low ones, and it depends what it is. Anything in our FirstMark Direct collection — embroidered hats, polos, engraved drinkware — you can order one at a time. Custom apparel and headwear we produce to order work better as a small batch, and we'll tell you what makes sense for your project when we quote it. If you only need one or two, Direct is usually the faster answer.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
Send whatever you have — a photo of a sign, a screenshot, a business card, an AI mockup. If it happens to be a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) that is ideal, but don't go hunting for one. Rebuilding artwork is part of the job, and we'll tell you before we start if yours needs it.
Can you source something I don't see on the site?
Almost always yes. We work with industry suppliers covering thousands of products beyond what's on the site — custom apparel, drinkware, bags, tech, awards. If it can be branded, we can probably get it.
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship in 5–10 business days from approved proof. Rush jobs sometimes possible — flag it in your quote request and we'll let you know what's doable.
