Leather vs. leatherette — what's the difference?
Genuine leather has a natural variation and ages beautifully — premium feel, most popular for higher-end gifts. Leatherette is vegan, more affordable, looks nearly identical when engraved. Both engrave cleanly and last for years.
Do you have minimums?
Leather and leatherette patch hats: no minimum, order 1 or 200. Traditional embroidery: 6–12 piece minimum.
What file format do you need?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) is best. PNG works for most embroidery. Send what you have — we'll let you know.
Where are the hats made?
