Isn't Custom Ink cheaper than a smaller shop?
On big single-design printed-apparel runs, sometimes. On small batches, engraved items, and personalized pieces, usually not — and their rush options add 15–30% to the order when a deadline is tight. The only way to know on your specific job is to get both numbers. Ours takes one form and 24 hours.
Will a smaller shop mean worse quality?
No — often the opposite. The blanks we use (Polar Camel drinkware, Richardson hats, Bella + Canvas tees) are the same name-brand items the big houses use. Decoration is done by experienced production partners and quality-checked before it ships. If anything's off, you talk to the owner — not a support queue.
