Common questions
Before you submit
Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes — we accept school district POs and invoice on Net 30 terms for verified schools. Just mention it in your quote request and we'll send the W-9 along with your quote.
Can you handle group ordering for booster clubs and PTAs?
Absolutely. We can either: (1) take one bulk order with a spreadsheet of names/sizes, or (2) set up a temporary group store so parents can order and pay individually online. Group stores work great for football team gear, cheer squads, and PTA fundraisers.
What's the turnaround for tournament or game-day orders?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from approved design proof. If you have a tighter deadline (tournament Friday, senior night, etc.), tell us up front — we can usually rush it for a small fee or by simplifying the design. Don't wait — message us, we'll tell you what's doable.
Can you do mixed sizes and numbered jerseys?
Yes. For sports teams, we handle full size runs (YS through 4XL) and individual player numbering / names on the back. Send us a roster with sizes and numbers and we'll handle it. Same goes for graduation classes with individual names.
Do you have minimums?
Most products have no minimum — order 1 faculty polo or 200 spirit shirts. A few items (like embroidered patches) have a small minimum we'll flag in your quote. Smaller orders cost a bit more per shirt; bigger orders get bulk pricing.
Where are the products produced?
We're based in Collinsville, OK. School spirit wear and apparel are typically produced by our trusted production partners to keep small orders affordable and turnaround fast. Items like leather patch hats and engraved drinkware are produced in our Collinsville shop. We manage every order end-to-end so the quality stays consistent.
